• Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
• Cancellation requests are accepted during business hours only (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 6 PM)
⚙️ How to Cancel
• Email us at support@evanmart.in with your Order ID and reason for cancellation
• Our team will confirm the cancellation within 24 hours
💰 Refunds on Cancellation
• Prepaid orders: Refund initiated within 2– 5 business days to the original payment method
• COD orders: No payment collected, so no refund is applicable
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched
🚫 Non-Cancellable Orders
• Orders that have already been dispatched or shipped
• Orders placed during sale, flash sale, or special offer periods
• Orders that have already been delivered
🔄 Repeated Cancellations
• Customers with a pattern of frequent cancellations may face order restrictions
• Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for your account
