At Evan Mart, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for all our customers.

🔁 Returns & Replacements:

We offer a 7-day return/replacement policy for eligible products.
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• It must be returned in the original packaging
• You must provide proof of issue (photos/videos)

Returns/replacements are accepted only in the following cases
• Damaged product received
• Defective product received
• Wrong item delivered

❌ Non-Returnable Situations

• Change of mind after delivery
• Incorrect size selection by the customer
• Minor color or design variation due to lighting/screens

💸 Refund Policy

• For prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval
• For Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

🚚 Return Shipping

• For damaged or incorrect products, we provide free reverse pickup
• In other approved cases, return shipping charges may apply

⚠️ Important Notes

• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled
• Please ensure availability to receive COD orders
• Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restriction of future orders
